Victorian Carved Fireplace Mantel for Dioramas & Dollhouses This highly detailed mantel surround recreates the defining elements of a late 19th century decorative fireplace: a full-width top shelf, central arched firebox opening, a carved frieze and crest with a circular clock aperture, and two vertical jambs flowing to square plinth feet. The model preserves major relief silhouettes while removing wood grain and incidental surface damage so paint and weathering read well. Supplied as one master STL at 1:87 (HO). A short readme included with the download lists scale multipliers to convert the file for other common scales; do not expect multiple scale STLs in the bundle. Ideal uses: HO dioramas, dollhouse interiors, period room displays, and model railway interiors. Printing note: resin printing at 50 microns yields excellent results; FDM is possible with care to support the shelf overhangs. Because the reference photo was cropped at the upper right, the crest was completed symmetrically for historical proportion rather than attempting asymmetric reconstruction.
