A mid-century vintage portable radio cabinet designed as a high-fidelity prop for dioramas, HO railway layouts and display. The front panel includes a semicircular dial recess with a clear window plane, a woven speaker grille, two prominent left/right knob bosses (tuning and volume), and a centered row of five small push-buttons. Decorative horizontal ribs, visible fasteners and a folding top handle are all modeled. The master file is a single 1:87 (HO) STL optimized for print reliability: manifold mesh, knob and fastener datums included, and a perforated grille variant to preserve the woven look without fragile filaments. Print notes: resin users should use minimal supports under the handle and knob roots; FDM users should consider orientation on the back face and thicker grille holes or use the alpha grille variant. The model is ideal for painting and weathering; brass-look knobs and bakelite housing colors reproduce the period feel well. Included: 1:87 master STL and perforated grille variant.
