Detailed multi-part 3D-printable kit of a 1920s corner brick shopfront designed for HO scale dioramas and model-railroad layouts. Features molded brickwork, stone trim, decorative cornice, pilasters, a chamfered display bay with recessed glazing opening, and an integrated sidewalk base for easy placement on layouts. Files provided as print-ready STL parts; parts are designed to be glued together and accept thin-sheet glazing for windows (glazing not included). Designed specifically for 1:87 (HO) layouts, the kit is modular and pairs with adjacent facade modules. Recommended print materials: PLA or ABS; layer height 0.10–0.20 mm for brick detail. Some parts may require support during printing. Minor sanding and seam-filling are expected for best results and painting.
