This download contains one single-part, watertight STL mastered at Miniature Reality's locked 1:87 (HO) scale. The model represents a stylized midcentury American small retail storefront (1940s 60s era cues) with a single-bay composition: a large planar display window, shallow recessed entry, narrow parapet/cornice and a flattened awning. Trim details are intentionally simplified and preserved at printer-friendly thicknesses to make the part easy to print, sand and paint. The window and signage areas are neutral so you can add your own decals, hand-painted logos or interior lighting. The mesh was cleaned of legacy MeshRef noise and non-manifold fragments; very fine ornaments were simplified to improve print success across common consumer printers. Important: Miniature Reality ships a single 1:87 (HO) master STL. If you plan to print at another scale, expect silhouette and thickness changes—consider local thickening in your slicer for smaller scales or request a custom split for very large prints. Printing tips: orient the storefront face away from heavy supports, place supports under the awning lip and along sidewalls, use tree supports for narrow features on resin prints, and add extra outer walls for FDM prints to achieve paint-ready surfaces.
