This listing is for a detailed 1:87 (HO) master STL of a 1975 Chevrolet C30 over-cab truck camper shell, modeled from a mid-1970s reference and cleaned for hobby use. Visible exterior features preserved include the over-cab sleeping pod with its rectangular front vent/hatch, two rectangular side windows and a small roof/side window, horizontal sidewall banding (striped paneling), corner trim, and a gently crowned roof profile. The model intentionally omits interior fixtures and detailed underside mounting hardware—those areas were occluded in the reference image and are marked UNKNOWN to avoid speculative geometry. What you receive: one ZIP file containing the 1:87 master STL with layered geometry (main shell, separate window plates/mullions, trim panels). Layers allow you to print the body and trim separately for cleaner masking and glazing. The master is sized for HO layouts and diorama scenes; to print at a different scale multiply the geometry uniformly by 87/target_scale (for example, multiply by 87/48 ≈ 1.8125 to make a 1:48 version). Printing tips: use 0.12–0.2 mm layer height, PLA or PETG is fine, and add supports under the over-cab cantilever if printing the shell as one piece. Window plates are provided as separate meshes — print them in clear resin or use thin acetate for glazing. Because all branding and decals were removed, the shell is ready for custom paint and weathering. Uses: HO model railroad layouts, campsite dioramas, kitbashes and vehicle modeling projects.
