The seat/back are formed by tightly-spaced woven cords/straps in alternating teal, purple and black bands. The metal frame appears painted or powder-coated black with subtle worn/highlight details. The chair casts complex shadows on a circular matte platform. The image contains an occlusion: The full chair including the right side of the backrest and a portion of the seat is cropped/occluded by a vertical white rectangle overlay.
