Sculpted in a forward-leaning pulling pose, the model includes a compact hose reel, a length of coiled hose with a realistic outward sweep, quick-connect couplers with dust caps attached at the waist, and a small utility pouch for spare O-rings. The operator wears a reinforced pit suit, gloves, boots, and a full-face helmet with a defined visor rim. This product is delivered as a single master STL scaled to 1:87 (HO). The mesh is a single watertight object with the hose fused to the reel and anchored at two points to reduce fragile overhangs. Printing tips: orient with the back toward the build plate to minimize supports on visible surfaces; add light supports under the hose sweep and forward arm; use 0.12–0.2 mm layer heights for FDM or 50–75 µm for resin. The model contains deliberate simplifications at sub-millimeter detail levels to improve print reliability at hobby scales.
