Distinct features: tubular external roll-cage/roof rack, bull bar / winch-style front bumper, large segmented off-road tires with deep radial treads and protective skirts, matte/dark green painted metal body panels for the cab, opaque dark windows, and exposed flatbed in the rear. The image contains a rectangular white overlay that occludes the mid-door and part of the chassis on the passenger side; otherwise the vehicle is fully contained in frame (roof, wheels, front bumper, and flatbed visible).
