A weathered scale-model railroad flatcar loaded with a large cylindrical tank (rust-painted), a rectangular tank/box at the rear, two small metal drums/barrels (one green, one brown), a small wooden crate/locker with a hinged lid, a milk-can shaped can, a hand valve wheel on a post near one corner, and standard two-bogie truck assemblies underneath. Decking consists of individual wood planks with visible grain and wear; metal fittings (couplers, brake wheel, tank spigots) show painted rust. No humans present.
