Olive/army-green steam road wagon with a vertical smokestack at the front, exposed boiler and engine components, and an open-sided cab with a curved canopy roof. The vehicle has large spoked metal wheels (larger at rear), a wooden slatted dump bed that is tilted upward, and stenciled white markings including 'S↑917' on the boiler/chassis and partial lettering 'ROADS' on the side of the bed. Surface shows flaking paint and localized rust/patina on metal. The full steam wagon including the rear-left corner of the cargo bed is cut off.
