Product summary A single locked master STL at 1:87 (HO): a standing 1930s-era male fisherman sculpted with a short lapel jacket, collared shirt and straight trousers, posed holding a long, integral fishing rod. No separate parts or base are included. Use this figure to populate riverbanks, ponds, rural sidings and small vignettes on HO model-railroad layouts and dioramas. Painters will appreciate broad planes for washes and weathering. Scale and resizing Miniature Reality ships one HO master only. To print at other scales scale the STL uniformly in your slicer. Typical multipliers from 1:87 are: 1:76 x1.145, 1:72 x1.208, 1:48 x1.812, 1:160 x0.544. Printing recommendations - Resin: 0.025–0.05 mm layer height. Tilt the model 10–20° backward so the rod leans away from the peel; use thin point supports at the hand and a sacrificial mid-rod support if possible. - FDM: 0.08–0.12 mm layer height. Angle the rod and use a brim for foot adhesion; consider scaling up or thickening the rod in-slicer for robustness. Post-processing: remove supports carefully around the wrist and rod; prime and use washes for shadow depth. Limitations and support The asset originates from a legacy MeshRef project; identity provenance is partial and identity confidence is limited. The fishing rod is integral to the mesh and not detachable. If you need a separated rod, a printable base, or a scale-specific master export, Miniature Reality offers paid conversion services—contact us with your requirements. Licensing The STL is provided under the marketplace license shown at checkout. The model may be printed for hobby, display and permitted commercial scenic uses; review the license at purchase for full terms.
