* This is an original artist created 3d sculpture inspired by Railway water crane (water column/watering spout).
A vertical cast-metal water column with a pivoting horizontal spout. The column is heavily weathered with rust and flaking paint; there is a rectangular pivot arm that supports the spout and a domed top housing with bolted flange. A small service valve (yellow-handled) and concrete/metal base plate with surrounding ballast and rails are visible. The object shows a vertical graffiti sticker/paper on the column. The full water crane appears entirely within the image; no major parts of the crane (spout, pivot, column, base) are cropped out.
