A painted red steel vertical tower supporting a dual-ended rotating arm and two white perforated/mesh capsule gondolas. The ride has rows of circular decorative bulbs along the arm and central hub. Gondolas are tubular, white, metal-mesh enclosures with numbered panels '1' and '2' on the visible faces. The image shows the tower base, entire upright mast, mid-mechanism with pulleys/gears, and both the ground-level capsule assembly and an elevated capsule assembly near the top. The full ride appears within the frame; no critical portions of the main tower or the gondolas are cropped.
