Detailed 3D-printable steel crate designed for dioramas, tabletop wargames, and model railroading. Clean geometry with crisp paneling and bolted corners for realistic industrial detail. Delivered as ready-to-print STL; scaled to a real-world crate footprint so you can print at full size or rescale to common miniature scales. Printing recommendations: - Real-world model size: 600 × 400 × 300 mm (W × D × H). Scale down for minis (recommended scales listed below). - Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm for best detail. - Infill: 10–25% (solid print not required unless using functional miniature storage). - Walls/shells: 2–3 perimeters (≥1.2 mm wall recommended). - Supports: Minimal supports may be required for internal overhangs depending on orientation; orient crates upright for easiest printing. - Materials: PLA/ABS/PETG all work; PETG recommended for durable tabletop pieces. Suggested scales (approx. finished crate dimensions when scaled): - 1:18 (figure accessories) - 1:24 - HO 1:87 - N 1:160 - O 1:48 - S 1:64 Post-processing: light sanding on edges, a primer coat, and weathering washes/highlights will bring out bolting and panel details.
