A round, shallow wooden washtub (barrel-style) containing a separate slanted wooden washboard and an upright wooden-framed wringer assembly clamped to the rim. Wood is distressed with an intentionally aged finish (light and dark streaking); two thin metal bands encircle the tub near the base. The wringer frame has two cylindrical roller pieces and a short crank handle on the right. The washboard is rectangular with shallow horizontal ridges and is partially leaning into the tub. Visible watermark near the bottom edge does not occlude main geometry.
