This three-story brick storefront facade reproduces the character of an early 20th-century commercial building — three vertical bays across each floor, recessed rectangular windows, pilasters separating the bays, and a decorative cornice crowning the elevation. The ground floor is composed of three storefront openings spanning the facade width, suitable for glazing or open-shop display. A shallow right-side elevation with vertical recesses is included so the piece can be joined to adjacent modules or used as a corner vignette. What you get: Miniature Reality provides ONE 1:87 (HO) master STL file. The STL is a clean, single-piece facade with smoothed small-surface noise and preserved brick relief on the front plane. The download includes a short conversion guide explaining how to scale the master uniformly to other popular scales (for example, 1:72 or 1:160). Printing guidance: orient the facade with the front plane vertical. Use supports under the cornice and in deep storefront recesses; consider a finer layer height (0.12 mm) and a 0.4 mm or finer nozzle to maximize brick detail. This piece is ideal for dioramas, HO train layouts, and display models representing 1910s–1930s commercial streetscapes. Note that the source image had the upper-right quadrant cropped; occluded roofline detail is intentionally set to UNKNOWN in the CAD rather than invented.
