This two-unit turn-of-the-century storefront model brings a period-correct urban shopfront to your HO layout or diorama. The front-facing composition is deliberately asymmetric: the left-hand unit rises slightly higher than the right, creating a compelling rooftop profile. Key preserved features are the balcony band with regularly spaced vertical posts, two roof planes at different heights, street-level awnings, and blank rectangular signage panels ready for painting or decals. The model includes an integrated sidewalk and curb band so it sits cleanly on layout boards and diorama bases. The delivered file is a single watertight STL exported at 1:87 (HO). Print & finish guidance: resin printing at 50–70 micron layer height yields crisp balcony and mullion detail. Filament printing works well with thicker wall counts and careful support placement; we recommend 0.12–0.2 mm layer height for detailed FDM prints. If you wish to print at other scales, scale in your slicer using the ratio: master_denominator / target_denominator (for example, 87/160 = 0.54375 for N scale 1:160). Note that downscaling may make balcony posts fragile—use resin or thicken those elements. Use this building as a focal shopfront, corner commercial unit, or part of a terrace run. Sign panels are intentionally blank for full customization. No additional scale STLs are included; one 1:87 master STL is provided.
