This HO-scale two-story service garage module reproduces a compact midcentury commercial facade: three open vehicle bays formed by three slender front columns, four evenly spaced second-floor windows, a flat parapet and a centered rooftop rectangular billboard frame supported on thin stanchions. The model is supplied as one 1:87 (HO) master STL including a ground-plinth with curb to aid placement on layout baseboards. The billboard frame and stanchions are modeled thin to match the source; resin printing gives the finest detail, while FDM users should enable supports or consider thickening the billboard rods to ~0.8–1.2 mm for reliability. The rear is a neutral planar wall (rear reference was occluded in source). This module is ideal for HO model-railroading, midcentury dioramas, kitbashing longer storefront runs, or display collections. One HO STL included. No signage or figures are included.
