This 1:87 (HO) master STL reproduces an ornate Victorian carved fireplace mantel surround, perfect for HO dioramas, room boxes, and display interiors. The front-facing model includes a projecting cornice shelf, a carved frieze panel, a pair of fluted columns with capitals, an arched fire opening, a cast-iron fireback with bas-relief, and two brass andirons in the hearth. The model preserves bilateral symmetry and the visible carved details while deliberately leaving geometry behind an occluded section of the source image as conservative planar/unknown to avoid invented detail. Included: one master STL at 1:87 (HO), plus a README with recommended slicer settings. Printing suggestions: use 0.10–0.20 mm layers for the carved relief, add supports under the arch and cornice overhang, and print andirons with a brim for stability. The STL is supplied as neutral geometry (no wood grain or varnish textures) so you can paint and finish to match your scene.
