This ornate Baroque/Rococo console table STL is modeled from a lacquered, hand-painted antique reference and optimized for HO (1:87) hobby use. The model preserves the flat thin tabletop, mirrored scrolled supports, a scalloped mid-height stretcher, scalloped apron, and four rounded ball-like feet. High-frequency surface detail such as woodgrain and patina has been removed to create a clean printable surface ready for priming and painting. What’s included: a single 1:87 (HO) master STL file. The model is intended as a high-quality period prop for dioramas, model-railroad interiors, and historical wargaming boards. The original photo was cropped on the right and rear—those areas were completed by symmetric inference to maintain silhouette; internal joinery was not visible and is not modeled. Printing & scaling: the STL is scaled to 1:87 (HO). To print at another scale, scale uniformly by (87 ÷ desired_scale). For example, to print at 1:48 multiply by 1.8125 (181.25%); 1:72 multiply by 1.2083 (120.83%); 1:160 multiply by 0.54375 (54.375%). For fine detail, use 0.10–0.18 mm layer height and supports under the scrolled leg interiors and stretcher scallops. Increase fill and shell thickness for parts that will be handled frequently. Uses: perfect for parlor or foyer vignettes on HO layouts, elegant room interiors in dioramas, or as a period prop in historical gaming. The simplified surfaces take paint and varnish well—edge gilding and targeted washes work particularly well to convey lacquered finishes. Notes: rear and some right-side details were inferred due to photo cropping. If you need a fully detailed free-standing back, consider requesting a custom backface variant.
