The model includes the wooden square cabin with horizontal siding and multi‑pane front window, a single external stair with handrail, diagonal X‑brace lattice in the tower bays, and concrete block footings sized to sit on scenery bases. Miniature Reality provides one master STL at 1:87 (HO); this is the shipped file — resize the single STL in your slicer or modeling program if you need another scale. Recommended print approach: place footings flat on the bed, add supports under stair overhangs and the cabin underside for FDM, and use resin printing for the finest lattice and window grid details. The rear face and roof ridge were partly occluded in the source photograph and were modeled conservatively to match visible proportions. Ideal as a watch post, yard office, or industrial scenic accent.
