This model recreates a late‑19th‑century Victorian commercial facade suitable for dioramas, HO layouts, and tabletop displays. Key features visible on the elevation: three clear horizontal story bands (ground, mid, upper), twin second‑story arches, central three‑window upper block, vertical pilasters dividing bays, a pronounced cornice, ground‑floor recessed arch entries, and a central pediment with a round clock opening. The model has been cleaned of signage, utility cables and background clutter for a neutral, mountable elevation. You will receive one master STL prepared at 1:87 (HO) scale. The front is modeled with through‑cut window and clock openings so you can insert lighting, backplates, or printed clock faces. The rear is a neutral solid backing (source rear not provided); this makes the piece simple to mount on board or integrate into modular kits. Printing suggestions: orient the rear face down for paint‑ready frontal surfaces, or print face‑up with sparse supports for cornice overhangs. For FDM we recommend 0.12–0.2 mm layer height and 0.8–1.2 mm external walls; resin printing will capture finer mullion detail but may require minor thickening of delicate ledges for handling. The facade is ideal for HO model railways, Victorian diorama streets, and display cases. Note: only a single 1:87 master STL is included — scale the file in your slicer to print at other scales.
