This model reproduces a historic late-19th-century Italianate two-story corner storefront, sculpted from the building façade and side elevation visible in the source image. The model preserves the defining features: a pronounced projecting cornice with evenly spaced brackets and dentils, tall vertical second-story double-hung sash windows with stone or cast lintels, a chamfered corner that fits neatly into corner diorama modules, and a recessed ground-floor storefront plane. Masonry running-bond is represented as low-relief geometry; window hood moulds and lintels are modeled as discrete elements for painting and washes. Because the original photograph had a white-obscured section over the lower central storefront, that bay was inferred from adjacent visible bays and reconstructed; this reconstructed bay is explicitly flagged as LOW_CONFIDENCE in the included readme so modelers can further modify signage, glazing, or entry details. The package includes a single 1:87 (HO) master STL. The geometry is manifold and oriented for hobby printing; supports are recommended under the cornice overhang and the undersides of brackets. The model includes a short curb and sidewalk base for glue-to-layout installation. Ideal uses: HO model-railroad main street, period diorama corner, and display model.
