This highly detailed two-story brick commercial facade reproduces the front elevation of an early 20th-century urban storefront. Visible features modeled exactly as in the reference: a large left storefront opening for shop displays, a recessed right-side entry/garage opening, a horizontal belt course between floors, second-floor balcony with decorative metal railing flanked by four arch-shaped surrounds, and a parapet with a central pediment. Brick coursing is simplified to preserve masonry rhythm while keeping the model printable and paint-friendly. The master file is a single STL at 1:87 (HO) scale sized to the photographed proportions; rear and full side geometry are intentionally omitted because the source only shows the front face. This file is ideal for HO dioramas, model railroad streetscapes, and display vignettes.
