Compact midcentury American single‑story commercial building modeled for HO (1:87). The silhouette is intentionally clear and readable: a flat roof with a low parapet, broad rectilinear wall planes, a slightly recessed pedestrian doorway on the primary façade, and a larger rectangular bay opening on a secondary elevation that reads as a service bay or garage access. This model is designed as a scenic prop for HO model railroading, dioramas, kitbashing, and display photography. The recessed entry and simplified bay allow for printed or laser-cut doors and glazing, or they can remain open to show a simple interior vignette. Shipping includes one 1:87 (HO) master STL only. Rescale in your slicer for different scales (see scale conversion). Recommended print settings: FDM 0.12–0.20 mm layer height, 2–3 perimeters; resin 0.05–0.08 mm layers. The model originated as a legacy MeshRef stub and is intentionally generic; it is not a documented replica of a real-world address.
