This unbranded midcentury American scenic prop is designed for HO (1:87) model railway layouts and period dioramas (1940s–1960s). The form reads as a compact, low-profile kiosk or equipment housing with softened corners, broad planar faces, and modest chamfers—a silhouette-first design that integrates easily into station forecourts, platform scenes, service yards, and small commercial vignettes. Included: One master STL locked to 1:87 (HO). To print at other scales, uniformly scale the mesh in your slicer by the ratio of the target denominator to 87 (for example, 87/72 ≈ 1.208 to convert to 1:72). No additional scale-specific STLs are included. Printing tips: Place the largest flat face on the build plate to reduce supports. For resin printing use 25–50 µm layers for best surface fidelity; for FDM orient to reduce overhangs and add supports only where necessary. Light sanding, primer, a soft wash, and subtle drybrushing will integrate the piece into your layout or diorama. The model is intentionally neutral and unbranded—great for kitbashing or as a background prop. Note: This model originates from a legacy MeshRef export and has low identity confidence (0.30). Micro-detail and logos were removed during processing; paid edits (hollowing, splitting, custom fittings) are available on request.
