Fire damage and material change are sculpted into the model: missing stucco with exposed brick, soot and smoke staining, deformed neon, collapsed roof trusses, and a partial proscenium collapse visible inside the auditorium. The sidewalk slab and debris footprint are included so the piece sits directly on layout modules. The delivered file is a single 1:87 (HO) master STL — scale uniformly in your modeling software to print other sizes.
