This HO 1:87 pier warehouse and elevated hopper is a layout-ready building for dioramas and model-railroad scenes. The model reproduces the long rectangular warehouse mass with pitched corrugated roofs, horizontal clapboard wall planes, an elevated timber pier with regularly spaced posts, and a slatted hopper with an angled discharge chute positioned over the loading area adjacent to track. Deliverables include four STL files split into main warehouse shell, pier trestle, elevated hopper, and loading dock adapter. Thin props and weathering have been simplified to ensure printing reliability; windows are recessed to avoid fragile glazing. Important: the central façade in the photo source was occluded by an overlay; that area has been left as a simplified plane and documented in the package as UNKNOWN. The master file is supplied at HO 1:87; a conversion note explaining uniform scaling for other scales is included. Ideal for HO diorama centerpieces and industrial layout scenes.
