This HO-scale (1:87) model recreates a small industrial boiler house suitable for dioramas, model-railroad layouts, and display scenes. The design preserves the reference's defining features: a rectangular single-story volume with a centered double-door on the front face, a pitched gable roof with a small chimney/vent offset left-of-center, a raised wooden porch spanning most of the front with three vertical support posts and diagonal braces, a smaller side access door, and two window openings on the front/right elevations. Decorative signage visible in the original photo has been removed; the delivered geometry is neutral for easy painting and weathering. Included: one master STL file at 1:87 (HO). The porch, posts, and braces are modelled as distinct elements; door and window openings are cut-outs for easy glazing or interior lighting. Printing advice: resin printing preserves porch and door details best. For filament printers, consider splitting the model at the floor plane, printing the roof separately, and using supports under the porch overhang. Conversion guidance is provided to rescale the master STL for other scales — note that only the 1:87 master file is supplied. Use this model as a backdrop for yard scenes, industrial sidings, or as a paintable kitbash base.
