This open-frame lumber yard / sawmill model is supplied as a single HO (1:87) master STL sized for model-railroad layouts and dioramas. The design captures a two-part industrial scene: a small enclosed shed with double doors and X-brace detail on the left, and a larger open multi-bay post-and-beam platform on the right with three platform levels, repeating vertical posts, horizontal joists, diagonal bracing and a simple roof. The rear faces and undersides were simplified when details were not visible in the source photograph; weathering, signage, and loose props were removed to create a neutral structural shell ready for painting and scenic integration. Included: one 1:87 master STL and conversion notes. Printing recommendations: FDM — 0.2 mm layer height, supports for roof overhangs, brim for thin posts; resin — 50–70 micron XY resolution and minimal supports. Use this piece on HO layouts, rural industrial dioramas, or as a display model. Glue the base directly to ballast or board for stable installation. The model is intended as a neutral starting point for kitbashing, weathering and adding custom props.
