A detailed three‑storey brick hotel façade designed for hobbyists and layout builders. This model captures the look of a small urban hotel: three consistent stories with rectangular windows, selective awnings, a recessed single door with two narrow steps, flat signboard panels across the central bay, and a low roof parapet with a simplified rooftop sign plate. The brick pattern is modeled as subtle relief so it reads well at HO distances without becoming fragile. Supplied as a single master STL scaled to HO 1:87. The STL contains separate groups for façade, awnings, sign panels, steps and roof parapet to make painting and part-level printing easier. The rear face is simplified to a flat backplate for easy mounting to layout foamboard or bases; holes may be drilled behind windows for LED routing. Fine text from the original photo has been removed and replaced with blank panels. Printing tips: print the backplate on the buildplate for best front-face detail; use supports for the awnings and recessed entry; for resin printers choose 50–60 micron layers to show the brickwork; for FDM a 0.2 mm layer height balances detail and strength. To print in other scales, uniformly scale the STL inside your slicer (for example, to move from HO 1:87 to O 1:48 multiply by 1.813). The file is intended for hobby use in dioramas, HO layouts, tabletop displays and painting practice. If you need a custom rear face, thicker sign panels, or integrated modular connectors, select the custom modification option.
