This four-storey brick-front façade is sized for HO (1:87) and made for dioramas and model-railroad layouts. The front elevation features three bands of repeating arched windows, multiple ground-floor doorways and arches, a corner external duct/chimney, rooftop water tower, and a signage frame silhouette. The file is provided as a single HO 1:87 master STL with an integrated baseboard footprint; signage text and weathering have been removed so you can customize finishes. The model is ideal for early 20th-century urban scenes (1920s–1930s) and pairs well with other modular street elements. Print notes: rooftop frames and thin water-tower legs may need supports on FDM printers; SLA resin yields the best brick relief detail. A conversion note is included to help scale the master to other sizes.
Available railroad scales: Z (1:220), N (1:160), HO (1:87.1), S (1:64), O (1:48)
