This HO (1:87) building model is a three-story corner commercial/residential structure ideal for dioramas and model-railroad layouts. Notable features include a projecting cornice with three supporting brackets, recessed rectangular windows with lintels and sills on each floor, a flat roof with a rectangular rooftop mechanical box, and a slim baseplate representing the sidewalk. The original photo used to model this piece had a white occlusion over the lower-front-center area, so the ground-floor storefront is intentionally neutral to allow you to add custom doors or signage. The master STL is scaled to 1:87 for immediate HO compatibility; a conversion note is included if you wish to rescale the single master for other scales. The model is optimized for printing: for FDM use 0.12–0.20 mm layer heights and supports under cornice brackets and rooftop overhangs; for resin, 0.05–0.10 mm layers give the finest detail. This building works as a corner anchor, part of a repeating block, or a standalone display piece. Signage and weathering were removed to keep the model neutral and ready for your customization.
