This detailed three-storey brick storefront facade captures a historic urban commercial elevation: a centered recessed entrance flanked by two large display windows, two upper floors with three vertical sash windows per floor, narrow masonry piers, decorative stone banding and a pronounced cornice with central pediment. The model includes a shallow canvas-style awning and a recessed sign panel deliberately left blank for custom lettering or decals. A simplified left-side metal fire escape is included as a sturdy scenic element. The rear face is planar to allow easy attachment to layout boards and neighboring facades. You will receive one master STL at 1:87 (HO). Use the included scale conversion guidance to print at other scales — for example, scale to ~55% for N scale (1:160) or ~181% for O scale (1:48). No additional scale STLs are provided. Printing notes: for resin printers, 50–75 micron layers will best render the cornice and band courses; for FDM, use a 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.2–0.25 mm layer height and light supports under the cornice and awning. Brick coursing is modeled in low-relief so washes and drybrushing will produce a convincing finish. Ground-floor glazing is modeled as recesses; add acetate or thin resin panes for transparent windows. This storefront is ideal for HO dioramas, model-railroad streetscapes, and display models.
