The front elevation features a stone-clad left end wall topped by a tall vertical neon sign, a continuous second-floor balcony/walkway with a repeating rectangular metal railing, large glazed sliding openings on the upper floor, and a masonry base. The model is supplied as a single 1:87 (HO) master STL optimized for dioramas and HO model-railroad layouts—glass panels are modeled as solid inset faces for easier painting, and stone texture is simplified for clean printing and finishing. The vertical sign is modeled as a solid assembly with a practical mounting plane for LED backing or glue-in attachment. The archive contains the 1:87 master STL plus a short scale-conversion guide (we do not supply additional pre-scaled STLs).
