The model recreates a cantilevered rectangular canopy slab with circular recessed downlights, a square metal support column with a mounted rectangular signboard, and a repeating zigzag parapet across the façade with a lower masonry block band and glazed panels with thin mullions. The master STL is supplied at 1:87 (HO) so it integrates directly into model railroad scenes and diorama displays. It’s ideal for night vignettes (pair with LEDs), parking-lot scenes, and retro motel storytelling. The file preserves architectural detail without excessive fragile filigree: mullions are low-relief for durability, masonry texture is shallow for realistic washes, and the signboard is blank for custom painting or decals. Recommended print settings: 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for FDM, moderate wall thickness, and supports under the canopy overhang if printing upright. Resin printing yields the best mullion and light-recess fidelity.
