This detailed three‑storey apartment façade module reproduces a late‑20th century residential street front with a full‑height ornamental grille, six recessed arched window/balcony bays (3×2), three ground‑floor louvered openings, supporting brackets and a central curved parapet. Delivered as a single 1:87 (HO) master STL for direct printing; the model is a frontal elevation panel optimized for HO model railroading, dioramas and display use. The back is a flat backing for easy mounting; side and rear elevations were not visible in the source and therefore are not modelled. Printing tips: use a fine nozzle for the lattice, 0.12–0.18 mm layer height for detail, and small supports under balcony overhangs and brackets. Suitable for building street rows, modular layouts and modern urban vignettes.
Available railroad scales: Z (1:220), N (1:160), HO (1:87.1), S (1:64), O (1:48)
