A mid‑century two‑story roadside motel designed as a printable HO (1:87) master. The model emphasizes the era's characteristic architecture: a continuous second-floor balcony with repeating X‑brace railing, ground-level porch and posts, an external stair on the building's right, and a tall vertical blade sign mounted on a slender post (sign face left blank for your custom artwork). This listing contains one master STL scaled to 1:87 (HO). The exterior shell is optimized for printability while preserving silhouette and bay spacing; interiors and rear façade are intentionally simplified because they were not visible in the source. Printing tips: for FDM use moderate layer heights and add supports under the balcony and sign; for resin printing use fine layers for crisp railings. To use at other scales, uniformly scale the file in your slicer. Ideal for mid‑century dioramas, HO model-railroad scenes, tabletop displays, or as a painting and weathering project. If you need the sign separated or a custom scale master, request a custom job.
