This highly detailed facade preserves the octagonal turret with bay windows, full wraparound porch with turned columns and balustrade, decorative frieze, steep gable and left-side brick chimney. The download includes one 1:87 (HO) master STL optimized as an exterior shell; interior rooms were omitted to keep print time and material use practical. A small occlusion in the source photo was intentionally simplified and flagged in the CAD notes rather than invented. Printing & finishing: print at 0.05–0.1 mm (resin) for the most delicate trim, or 0.2–0.25 mm (FDM) for durable display pieces. Light supports under the turret eaves and porch overhang will aid clean results. The product includes a short scale-conversion note for other hobby scales. Ideal uses: HO model railroading streetscapes, Victorian-era dioramas, or as a collectible display model.
