This download delivers a single 1:87 (HO) master STL of a two-story small‑town wooden depot / saloon with a right-side single‑story annex and a covered front porch. The model keeps the building's defining features: gabled roof with sheet‑style seam detail, three thin vertical roof pipes/chimneys, narrow vertical board siding, recessed windows and door pockets, porch posts and a modest front step, and an included mounting base for easy layout placement. All hand-painted weathering, posters and signage from the source photo have been removed so you can paint and weather to match your layout or diorama. The STL is intended as the single HO master; a short PDF is included with scale-conversion multipliers and recommended print settings for resin and FDM. Printing tips: support the porch overhang on FDM prints and consider printing roof pipes as separate or slightly thickened elements for toughness; resin at fine layer heights preserves the thin porch posts and pipes best. Use this model for HO model-railroad modules, small-town street dioramas, historical tabletop scenes, or shelf displays. Because glazing is neutralized, you can add clear panes or interior detail after printing. Note: only the 1:87 master STL is provided — follow the included PDF to rescale for other scales.
