The facade includes a central gabled dormer with finial, left-side brick chimney with coursing, a continuous front porch canopy supported by four posts, a large central multi-pane window, a right-side entry with steps, and a bench beneath the left canopy. The file is optimized for tabletop printing: porch posts and bench are modeled with printing-friendly thicknesses, shingle and brick patterns are preserved as shallow relief, and fragile micro-scratches/weathering from the source have been omitted from geometry. Note that the right portion of the upper roof and gable was partially occluded in the source photo and is annotated in the provided reference notes as 'occluded in source — verify physically'. The product is ideal for HO layouts, kitbashing, and scenic display. The 1:87 master can be rescaled in your slicer if you need alternate scales; additional scale-specific STLs are not included.
