Early-20th-century dockside icehouse / pier warehouse scaled for HO (1:87). This model preserves the defining features visible in the source: a rectangular clapboard main body, pitched gable roof, one large central loading bay under a corrugated canopy, four evenly spaced upper-front windows, a rectangular roof sign (blank for custom painting), and a short stone quay with vertical wooden pilings. The master file is a single watertight STL at 1:87 (HO) containing the building plus quay and pilings as a printable assembly. Ideal uses: diorama waterfront scenes, HO model railroad layouts, and standalone display bases. The corrugated canopy and pilings include thin geometry—print with supports under the canopy and pilings and orient the quay on your bed for best adhesion. Small organic weathering from the photograph has been simplified to flat paintable planes to make finishing easier. Roof sign details have been removed to avoid readable branding; paint or decal your own name. Note: only one 1:87 master STL is supplied; scale the mesh externally to print at other scales.
