This 1:87 (HO) master STL is a carefully modeled small industrial open-cab shunting locomotive optimized for model-railroad layouts and dioramas. Visible features: shallow canopy roof supported on four thin posts, engine housing with two rectangular vent panels containing vertical louvers, riveted lower chassis with raised bolt heads, front buffer/bumper assembly with small cylindrical tanks in the corners, and exposed wheelsets and axles. The seated driver figure seen in the photograph was removed from the delivered shell to keep the locomotive as a clean, paint-ready piece. Included: one master 1:87 STL plus a short readme with recommended orientation and support guidance. Print suggestions: resin printing at 0.025–0.05 mm layer height best preserves rivets and louvers; for FDM consider thicker posts or print the canopy separately. The file is ideal for HO dioramas, industrial sidings, and display cabinets. When scaling to other sizes, check canopy post thickness and wheel clearance and reinforce as needed in your slicer.
