This mid-century corner storefront module is modeled to provide a highly usable HO-scale building for dioramas, model-railroad layouts, and tabletop scenes. The model captures the two facades meeting at a chamfered recessed entrance, a tile base band running along the sidewalk, a signage band above the display glazing, and multiple rectangular window openings with consistent spacing. A vertical corner column/pillar is modeled adjacent to the entrance for silhouette authenticity. All brand text and posters from the reference have been removed and replaced by blank inset panels so you can add your own signage. The product includes a single 1:87 (HO) master STL. Use the included conversion guidance to scale the master STL to other gauges; we do not provide separate scale files. Printing notes: 0.12–0.25 mm layer height recommended; supports typically needed for recessed entrances and window reveals; printing the facade flat reduces supports and preserves crisp edges. Split the model in your slicer if you want interior access for lighting. Ideal uses: HO model railroads, street-corner dioramas, mid-century urban vignettes and historical tabletop setups. Roof/parapet details were obscured in the photo and have been left intentionally neutral in the model.
