The model keeps the photographed facade characteristics: three vertical window bays per floor across the long front elevation, a narrow right-side façade with a single column of windows, recessed ground-floor storefront openings with a set-back entrance, a shallow parapet and cornice, and a small cylindrical roof boss (chimney). Brick coursing is represented in low relief and window mullions are modeled as solid geometry; recessed pockets are included for optional glazing inserts. The rear face and underside were simplified where occluded by the reference image to keep the file clean and lightweight. The product includes a single 1:87 (HO) master STL and a short readme with recommended scale multipliers for other scales.
