This compact Art Deco commercial storefront façade is modelled to read cleanly on HO (1:87) model-railroad streetscapes, dioramas and tabletop vignettes. The front elevation features broad display windows separated by shallow pilaster-like piers, a recessed central entrance, and a stepped parapet with simplified geometric paneling and cornice. Ornament is kept in shallow relief so painted finishes and weathering read well while small-scale printing remains reliable. The file is a single façade module with a flat rear face for glueing to backboards, basing plates or modular layout walls. No interior, roof or detachable parts are included. For filament printers, orient the flat rear to the bed and add minimal supports; for resin printers angle slightly and support parapet corners and roofline.
