Unbranded expedition-style full-size SUV base mesh optimized for HO 1:87 printing and diorama use. The file emphasizes silhouette and readable profile cues rather than micro-surface detail: a relatively long hood, a tall upright windshield and greenhouse with strong A- and C-pillars, simplified door and panel volumes, recessed rounded wheel arches sized for common HO wheelsets, and a near-vertical rear hatch that reads at small scales. The roof is intentionally plain to make mounting roof racks, luggage, or light bars easy. What you get: one locked 1:87 HO master STL. At the supplied scale the printed body will be roughly 61 mm long (prototype modeled at ~5300 mm). This product ships as the single 1:87 master only; scale uniformly in your slicer or CAD for other scales and verify thin features and clearances after scaling. How it was modeled: designed as a donor shell with blocky bumpers and broad panel seams to improve HO printability and to simplify sanding and kitbashing. Mirror stalks and antennas were omitted to reduce fragile prints; add those as separate parts if desired. Wheel arches provide generous clearance for typical HO wheels; trimming may be required to fit specific chassis. Printing notes: resin 50–70 micron layers, orient roof-up or slightly tipped, add supports beneath belly and around the rear hatch. FDM printing is viable at larger scales—use small nozzles and thin layers, and consider splitting the body and chassis. Use this shell for parking-lot clusters, suburban street scenes, or as a donor body for overland conversions. Manual review is recommended if you require brand-accurate replication.
