A hulking quadruped monster whose entire body appears woven from twisted bark, roots and gnarled wood, layered in shaggy overlapping strips of brown and weathered gray. It prowls low on thick clawed limbs, tail dragging, with a heavy blunt head and small deep-set eyes, planted on a cracked-earth base.

The primal, plantlike beast makes a fearsome guardian or wandering predator for an enchanted forest, ancient ruin or druidic encounter. Its bulk gives it real presence on a display base.
