Visible features This vignette shows several figures arranged tightly to read as a working gang at a quay. Poses include two figures supporting or lifting a shared load, a figure leaning with an arm braced on an unseen crate or bollard, and two figures in mid-conversation with one pointing toward cargo or a ship. Clothing reads as mid-weight workwear: short jackets, rolled sleeves, straight trousers and sturdy boots. Faces are simplified for HO scale; body language communicates action and intent. Base and mesh All figures are attached to a shallow, plain common base intended for easy gluing to ballast or plinths. Mesh smoothing removed rendering artefacts while keeping important silhouette edges. Narrow extremities are simplified to improve print reliability. Printing and finishing Resin is recommended for best fidelity (25–50 μm). Print the base flat; add minimal side supports for limb extremities. FDM users should increase contact area on narrow feet. Prime lightly and use washes to bring out folds and boot weathering. For dockside scenes, add planking, rope coils or crates on the shared base to integrate the group quickly into your layout. Scene uses Perfect for quay, warehouse and freight-handling scenes on HO layouts and small dioramas.
