Wheel arches and simplified wheel wells are modeled; small fragile parts such as mirrors, aerials and badges are omitted to ensure robust prints at HO. Printing notes • Best results with resin (SLA/DLP) to preserve smooth bonnet and roof surfaces. Fine-layer FDM can be used for quick prints but will show layer texture. Orient to minimize supports across hood and roof, and add supports under wheel arches and the rear valance when needed. After printing, sand, prime and paint; add small details with styrene, wire or aftermarket parts. Uses • Perfect for 1970s street scenes, garage dioramas, HO layouts and display collections.
